Products and pricing
We sell premium dry fruits, nuts, and seeds. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Product images are for illustration; the actual product may vary slightly in appearance. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice. Prices applicable are those displayed at the time you place your order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if pricing is incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Payments
We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Until full payment is received (or Cash on Delivery is fulfilled), the order remains our property.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide an accurate shipping address and reachable phone number — we are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final and we do not accept returns, as detailed in our Return Policy. Refunds are issued only for missing packages, damaged or wrong items, or orders cancelled before dispatch, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Product use, storage, and allergens
Our products are natural food items. Store them in a cool, dry place in airtight containers after opening, and consume before the best-before date printed on the pack.
Allergen notice: our products contain or are packed in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts. If you have a nut allergy, please do not consume our products. If you have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Product information on this site is not medical advice.

Nutyona Enterprises is FSSAI licensed (Lic. No. 20126131000204) and follows applicable food-safety standards in sourcing, packing, and dispatch.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, place fraudulent orders, or submit false information.
