Nutyona Enterprises (“Nutyona”, “we”, “us”) ships premium dry fruits across India.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer. An estimated delivery timeline is shown at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value and delivery location and are displayed at checkout before you pay. Promotional free-shipping offers, when running, apply automatically.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
